Payments
Tree Frog Toys accepts the following methods of payment:
 
Credit Cards:
We accept Visa and Mastercard. Credit cards are processed through PayPal's secure payment gateway. You do not need a Paypal account to make a credit card payment. Credit cards are the quickest, most efficent way of shopping with us as we are notified of your payment instantly and can start processing your order straight away. You may also use your PayPal balance if you chose this option.
  
Cheques and Money Orders:
Cheques and money orders are to be made payable to Tree Frog Toys etc. They can be sent to:

Orders will be shipped once payment has been received and cleared into our bank account. It takes 3 business days for a cheque to clear. If a payment has not been received within 7 days (9 days for people in remote communities) the goods will be returned to our inventory and the order cancelled.

Direct Bank Deposit:
For Direct Bank Deposit payments our bank details are provided at checkout, and again on the order confirmation we email to you. You can then use those details to make a payment through your own bank's internet banking system. Direct deposits can be made through PayPal. However this takes 4-5 days to clear and will slow down the dispatch of your order and is not recommended. It is much quicker to use your own bank's internet banking system.
Orders will be shipped once payment has been received and cleared into our bank account.  If a payment has not been received within 7 days the goods will be returned to our inventory and the order cancelled.

Security and Saftey
Credit Card and Paypal payments are processed on our shopping cart's secure server. All sensitive information is encrypted via the cart's 256 bit Secure Socket Layer supplied by DigiCert. If you are using Firefox when you go to secure pages the left hand corner of the navigation bar will contain a blue portion. If you click on this you will be given up to date information about our security Certificate. For users of Microsoft Internet Explorer, this information is available by clicking on the padlock item tot he right of the navigation bar when you are on secure pages. Further information about DigiCert can be found by visiting http://www.digicert.com/.  Furthermore, PayPal has it's own high level of security, with all information protected by encryption key length of 128 bits. We are sent an email confirming that you have made a payment, but Tree Frog Toys never has access to your financial details.
In addition, secure pages can be identified by their URL, which begin with https:// rather than the more usual http://.

Privacy
We take the security of your personal information very seriously. We will never pass your personal information on to a third party unless required to do so under law. Tree Frog Toys etc only collects personal information that is necessary for our business to function and for us to be able to provide you with the best customer service possible. The information we collect may include the following:
 
your name, address and contact details in order for us to provide you the products you have ordered
  • Information derived from direct communications betweeen yourself and Tree Frog Toys etc

We will under no circumstances use your personal information for any other purpose than listed below without asking your permission first, or unless authorised and required to do so by law.  The personal information you do provide to us will be used for the following purposes:

  • To process your order
  • To answer any enquiries
  • For administration purposes

We will not intentionally pass on any information that you have provided to any third party.

Refunds and Returns
We hope that you will be thrilled with your purchases. If You receive items and change your mind about them, you are welcome to send them back to us for exchange within 14 days of purchase. Please email or phone us for an exchange confirmation prior to sending goods back. Goods mut be in original, unopened, resaleable condition. You need to pay any postal charges for doing so. Please note that postage for returning an item may be considerably more than you were charged by us as we subsidise the cost of shipping. Only exchanges can be made for a change of mind. Refunds will not be given and the cost of shipping wil not be refunded.

 If you believe that an item you have purchased through us is faulty, you need to contact us immediately to organise an exchange, refund or repair as appropriate. Sometimes you will be directed to return the faulty item to us, and sometimes you will need to return it directly to the maker/manufacturer.

If you need to return an item please log in to your account. Once logged in click on "Completed Orders" then on "Return Items". Fill in the form provided. You will be given a return authority number. We will then contact you by the next business day to dicuss the appropriate action to be taken.

Packaging
Our commitment to the environement extends to our packaging. Where posible we use recycled boxes and protective material. The main exception is the postal satchels supplied by our carriers. We want your order to arrive in perfect condition and take great care with our packaging to ensure that there are no disapointed little faces when packages are opened.
Newsletter
 We send out a monthly newsletter to keep you informed of  latest product information, special offers and Tree Frog Toys events. We will also keep you updated on green news, community events, fun stuff for kids and lots more. Our newsletter is a great way to be informed about things that matter to you. To subscribe enter your email address in the box below. You may unsubscibe at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in any newsletter that you receive from us.

Free Gift Wrapping
Are you sending a gift? We offer a free gift wrapping service. We will wrap your gift in appropriate wrapping paper and include a note with your message. Alternatively you could choose a gorgeous card form our range of gift cards, all printed with vegetable based inks on 100% recycled card. Just add your message in the aditional  comments section at chekout.
