Delivery
Our standard delivery fee is $8.95 per order, Australia wide.

We are taking a short break and will be returning on March 16. You may place an order during this time but please note that orders will ot be dispatched until March 16, 2010.

We use Fastway Couriers for most of our deliveries. Fastway provide a quick reliable service backed up by a track and trace system and insurance. A signature is required upon delivery. A card will be left with further instructions if no-one is able to sign at the time of delivery. Fastway cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes. If you are unlikely to be home during business hours we suggest that you have your order delivered to a business address.

We also use Australia Post to make some deliveries. A signature is may be required upon delivery. If no-one is available to sign for the parcel a card will be left with instructions to collect the item from your local post office.

Deliveries to Victoria, South Australia and NSW generally take 1-3 business days from the time of dispatch. Deliveries  to other capital cities take 3-5 business days. Deliveries to remote areas may take considerably longer.

Please note that we only deliver to Australian addresses.
