Our standard delivery fee is $9.95* Australia wide.

We charge a low $9.95 for most orders, Australia wide, regardless of how many items you order. This delivery charge only applies to an order in which all goods are shipped to a single address. If goods need to be shipped to multiple addresses a seperate order will need to be placed for each address.The exceptions to the $9.95 delivery charge are shown below.

Final Delivery Dates for Christmas 2010

We are dispatching toys up to and including the 24th of December, and will be back on December 29th. All orders are being dispatched within 24 hours, with orders placed before 2pm being dispatched the same day.

Christmas is drawing near so please note the delivery cut off dates below. Please also note that the best way to ensure your order is dispatched quickly is to pay by credit card. We are instantly notified once your payment has been made.

For orders going to the Northern Territory, Western Australia and Northern Queensland and other remote areas orders should be placed and payment cleared by 2pm on 15th December.

For orders to all other regions except metropolitan Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide, and regional Victoria orders should be placed and payments cleared by18th December.

For Metropolitan Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide, as well as regional Victoria orders should be placed and payments cleared by 2pm on 20th December.

Please note that this is a guide only, using information provided by Australia Post. We can not guarantee delivery in time for Christmas, but will make sure that items are dispatched within 24 hours of your payment clearing unless otherwise noted on our website. For deliveries to remote locations please check the Australia Post website for more accurate delivery time estimates, noting that at this time of year it is wise to expect deliveries to take a couple of days longer.

* The only exceptions to the $9.95 freight charge is for the KidKraft range and the Santoys All in One Kitchen. When you order a KidKraft product you will be charged the nominal delivery charge, noted on the product page. This is calculated on delivery to the Eastern state capitals. If we need to adjust your delivery charge we will then contact you. The Santoys Kitchen will cost more than $9.95 to be shipped to remote locations. You will be charged the standard $9.95 per order delivery charge at checkout. We will contact you if we need to adjust your delivery charge.  A quote can be provided on request, or will be provided after checkout.

We use Australia Post and Macedon Ranges Freight Services for our deliveries.

Deliveries to Victoria, South Australia and NSW generally take 1-3 business days from the time of dispatch. Deliveries  to other capital cities take 3-5 business days. Deliveries to remote areas may take considerably longer.

Please note that we only deliver to Australian addresses.
